Another one called GPU Temp does a nice very nice graph over the GPU temperature and does a chart from when the program is started, but doesn't show load or CPU temperature/load. In the control panel, you should be able to find a section that displays your GPU’s temperature. Most graphics cards come with their own control panel that you can access through your computer’s control panel.
